A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows,
to-wit:

This is an action to quiet title
and for declaratory judgment
related to 0.675 acres of land
in Lampasas County, Texas
being out of the John Burleson Survey, Abstract No. 42
and being a portion of that
land described in Vol. 462,
Pg. 61 of the Deed Record
of Lampasas County, Texas.

The officer executing this writ
shall promptly serve the same
according to requirements
of Law, and the mandates
thereof, and make due return
as the law directs.

Issued and given under my
hand and the Seal of said
Court, at office in LAMPASAS,
Texas, this 2nd day of October,
