ARRESTS

The following arrests were reported to the Lampasas Dispatch Record by area law enforcement officials. The Dispatch Record prints the name and charge(s) of people arrested on at least one Class B misdemeanor – or more serious – charge.

APRIL 19

Juliaann Nicole Maldonado, 34, of Lometa for possession of a controlled substance and no driver’s license.

APRIL 17

Kathy Brown Washington, 57, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content greater than 0.15.

Matthew Edward Mullins, 43, of Killeen for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Angel Elias Cano Jr., 24, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and theft of property greater than $2,500, less than $30,000.

Tommy Cruz Garcia III, 32, of Lometa for driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content greater than 0.15.

APRIL 16

Betty Jean Kidd, 44, of Lampasas for possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify as a fugitive/give false information and a Coryell County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

Michelle Renee Bunton Johnson, 48, of Lubbock for possession of marijuana.

Mishaal Nicole Feltes, 36, of Austin for failure to stop and render aid, and driving on the wrong side of roadway.

Gregory Johnson, 53, of Lubbock for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Lubbock County warrant for felon in possession of a firearm.

James Paul Gavit, 56, of Briggs for driving while intoxicated, third or more.

APRIL 14

Trevor Shay Ring, 29, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated.

APRIL 13

Christina Jimenez, 37, of San Saba for possession of a controlled substance, no driver’s license and two capias pro fines.

Dylan Mackenzie Vance, 20, of Briggs for theft of property greater than $2,500, less than $30,000.

Nathaniel Lee Blair, 29, of Kempner for assault causing bodily injury – family member and a Bell County warrant for failure to appear.
