Marijuana charge filed against teen

The following arrests were reported by area law enforcement officials.

Feb. 26

– Warren Denny Wooten II, 19, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He posted bond and was released from the Lampasas County Jail Wednesday.

Feb. 24

– Shawn Lee Miller, 34, of Kempner for driving while intoxicated. He made bond the same day.

Feb. 20

– Addison John Dunn, 19, of Kempner for sexual assault of a child. He was released after posting bond Feb. 21.

Feb. 17

– Byron Edward Hayes, 25, of Nampa, Idaho, for driving while intoxicated. He made bond the same day.

– Mariah Carol Jones, 21, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. She bonded out the same day.

Feb. 16

– Nathan Edward Smith, 19, of Waco for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He posted bond Feb. 17.

Feb. 15

– Justin Modesto Gauna, 26, of Lampasas on Lampasas Municipal Court warrants for burglary of a habitation and forgery. He was still in the county jail Wednesday afternoon.

Feb. 13

– Danny Charles Senger, 45, of Comanche for driving while intoxicated third or more. He was released the same day after posting bond.

Feb. 12

– Michael Christopher Smith, 29, of Lampasas for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. He was still in jail Wednesday afternoon.

Feb. 10

– Jesse Lee Cimino, 35, of Kempner for terroristic threat. Bond was posted Feb. 11.

Feb. 9

– Kenneth Alan Cornwell, 48, of Lampasas for tamper/fabricate physical evidence. He remained in the county jail Wednesday afternoon.

– Brandon Keith Crawford, 23, of Lampasas for driving while license invalid with previous conviction and a Lampasas County Sheriff’s Office warrant for criminal trespass. He bonded out Feb. 10.

Feb. 8

– Christopher Gregory Dixon, 46, of Copperas Cove for tamper/fabricate physical evidence. He was still in jail Wednesday afternoon.

Feb. 7

– Janiece Michelle Hough, 40, of Kempner for driving while intoxicated. She bonded out the same day.

– Michelle Margaret Snow, 30, of Richmond, Texas, for tamper/ fabricate physical evidence. She remained in the county jail Wednesday afternoon.

– Nicole Maria Whitmore, 30, of Copperas Cove for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over four grams and less than 200 grams, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over one gram and under four grams, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over 28 grams, possession of marijuana under two ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Coryell County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance charge. She was still in jail on Wednesday.

– Vincent Garza Sanchez, 27, of Lampasas for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over four grams and less than 200 grams, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over one gram and less than four grams, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over 28 grams, possession of marijuana under two ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remained in the county jail Wednesday afternoon.
