Michael and Amy Harlien of Lubbock are the parents of a daughter, Ellen Jane, born Feb. 27, 2012, in Lubbock.

Upon arrival, Ellen weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches in length.

She joins a sister, Kate Michael, 4.

Grandparents are Ronny and Sue Ellen Bumpus of Lampasas, and Mel and Phyllis Harlien of Lubbock.
