The following arrests were reported
by area law enforcement officials.
Jan. 29
– Steve Dwayne Jacks Jr., 32,
of Lampasas for driving while
intoxicated. He posted bond the same
day and was released Wednesday from
the Lampasas County Jail.
Jan. 28
– JasonAlex Brown, 31, of Lampasas
for driving while intoxicated. He
bonded out the same day.
Jan. 27
– Joshua Dan Joy, 38, of Lampasas
for driving while intoxicated with
priors. He posted bond Tuesday.
Jan. 26

– Ashton Colby Nichols, 18, of
Copperas Cove for theft of material
aluminum/bronze/copper. He made
bond Jan. 27.
Jan. 25
– Paul Ryan Bishop, 18, of
Kempner for theft of material
aluminum/bronze/copper. He bonded
out of jail Jan. 26.
Jan. 24.
– Cory William Carter, 25, of Odessa
for possession of marijuana under two
ounces. He posted bond Jan. 25.
Jan. 22
– Sidney Lomax Brown, 22, of
Kempner for possession of marijuana
under two ounces. He made bond the

same day.
Jan. 21
– Anton Maxfield Narsh, 32, of
Goldthwaite for driving while license
invalid with previous convictions,
possession of marijuana under two
ounces and possession of dangerous
drug. He bonded out the same day.
– Robert Lee Powell, 31, of
Lampasas for burglary of a habitation,
interfering with an emergency call and
violate protective order. He bonded
out Monday.
Jan. 20
– Gabriel Ryan Ruiz, 20, of Austin
for possession of marijuana under two
ounces. He was released after making

bond Jan. 21.
– Ericka Ann Carrillo, 32, of Killeen
for driving while intoxicated. Bond
was posted the same day.
– Thomas Mathew Kephart, 36, of
Nolanville for theft of property over
$1,500 and under $20,000. As of
Wednesday morning, he was still in
the Lampasas County Jail.
– Benjamin Joseph Puentes, 20, of
Manor for possession of marijuana
under two ounces. Bond was made
Jan. 21.
Jan. 18
– Jonathan Michael Bartts, 19, of
Lampasas for burglary of a building.
He posted bond Jan. 19.
