Traffic signals at Second and Third streets are activated, and the temporary light at Fourth Street is set to be removed from service due to Key Avenue work. The Fourth Street signal should be operational next week, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

Traffic signals will operate without vehicle detection capabilities until interlinking is complete.
