The Central Texas Area American Business Women's Association Council will hold its first meeting of the year Feb. 9 at the Shilo Inn in Killeen, corner of Elms Road adn W.S. Young Drive.

Globe Chapter will host the meeting.

Social networking wil begin at 6 p.m., and dinner and a business meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m.

Cost is $25 per person, and the menu is "chef's choice."

Guest speaker will be Christina Wilson, an educator with the Homeless Awareness Response program.
