Stephenville man arrested for DWI
The following arrests were reported by area law enforcement officials.
-- Leonel Martinez, 21, of Stephenville for driving while intoxicated. He was still in jail Wednesday afternoon.
-- Refugio Gauna, 27, of Lampasas for theft of property over $50 and under $500 and three failure to appear warrants out of Lampasas County. He remained in Lampasas County Jail on Wednesday afternoon.
-- Simon Nicholas Aleman, 19, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces for which he was released on bond the same day, and public intoxication, for which he was released to see the judge.
-- Manuel Ayala, 20, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. He made bond the same day.
-- Kayla Taylor Hale, 17, of Lometa for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was still in jail on Wednesday afternoon.
-- John Thomas McKee, 51, of Kempner for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out Sunday.
-- Mary Loretta Martinez, 41, of Lometa on a Copperas Cove Police Department warrant for possession of a controlled substance by fraud. She made bond Jan. 14.
-- Pamela Kay Hurt, 41, of Lampasas for assault by contact/family violence. She bonded out the same day.
-- Anthony Anderson, 29, of Lampasas for assault family violence – impede breath or circulation. He was released after posting bond the same day.
-- Jose Daniel Ray Sierra, 19, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. Bond was made Jan. 14.
-- Carlos Daniel Cancino, 17, of Austin for injury to a child/elderly. He was still in jail Wednesday.
-- Lorenzo T. Rendon, 18, of Lampasas for prohibited weapon switchblade; possession of marijuana under two ounces; possession of drug paraphernalia; minor in possession of alcohol; and five warrants for violating a promise to appear and failure to appear. He posted bond Jan. 8.
-- Gerald Adam Brady, 35, of Copperas Cove for driving while intoxicated and evading arrest/ detention. He was released after making bond Jan. 8.
-- Lee Anne Brooks, 40, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. She made bond the same day.
-- Paul Thomas Hughes, 42, of Lometa for criminal non-support. Bond was posted Jan. 10.
-- Justin Doyle Pierce, 20, of Burnet for two counts of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit theft. He bonded out Jan. 6.
