Graveside services will be Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. at Kempner Cemetery, with Pastor Bob McClinton officiating.
Mrs. Green was born May 8, 1926 in Lometa, the daughter of George T. Carpenter and Ella B. Daugherty Carpenter.
She was married to Francis O. Walton, who preceded her in death. She later married Charlie W. Green, who also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Green was a sales clerk for many years. She was a member of the Pentecostal church and had lived in Lampasas County most of her life.
Her survivors include a niece, Jeanette Carothers of Goldthwaite; two nephews, Royce Belt of Kingwood and G.T. Carpenter III of Santa Fe, N.M.; and several greatnieces and great-nephews.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers, G.T. Carpenter Jr., Marshall Carpenter and Clyde Carpenter; three sisters, Eula Mae McKinney, Edna Mae Belt and Mildred Carpenter; by a nephew, James Belt; and a great-niece, Cerrelle Belt.
