Law Enforcement Report

The following recent arrests were reported by local law enforcement officials:

Aug. 26 -- Ariel Denise Arce, 18, of Lampasas for driving under the influence minor. She was released Aug. 26 from the Lampasas County Jail to see the judge.

Aug. 27 -- Marjorie Darlene Barrett, 45, of Andice for possession of a controlled substance less than a gram, possession of marijuana less than two ounces, possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. She posted bond Aug. 28. -- Brooke Ashley Gonzales, 25, of Lampasas for possession/ transport of chemicals with intent to manufac­ture a controlled substance. She made bond and was released from the county jail Aug. 28. -- Jordan Kyle Miller, 23, of Lampasas for possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 200 grams and less than 400 grams, and possession/ transport of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. He was released from the jail on bond Aug. 29. -- Donald Ray Riggs, 28, of Lampasas for possession/transport of chemicals with intent to

manufac­ture

a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 200 grams and less than 400 grams. He remained in custody at the Lampasas County Jail at press time. -- Sharon Diane Wood, 52, of Belton for prohibited substance in a correctional facility, possession of a controlled substance less than one gram, possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana less than two ounces, a Williamson County warrant for theft by check and Williamson County warrant for parent contributing to non-atten­dance. She posted bond Aug. 30.

Aug. 29 -- Diana Thornton-Joy, 49, of Lampasas for interfering with public duties. She was released on bond Aug. 29. -- Dakota Wayne Thornton, 22, of Lampasas for interfering with public duties. He made bond Aug. 29.

for hindering apprehension or

prosecu­tion

of a known felon. He

was released on bond Aug. 30.

Aug. 31 -- Tracy Kay Birchmore-Snyder, 37, of Lampasas for criminal trespass of a habitation. She made bond and was released Aug. 31. -- Mary Elizabeth Earle, 48, of Lampasas on a Hopkins County warrant for fraud-insufficient funds. She was released on bond Aug. 31.

Sept. 2 -- Danielle Marie De La Pena, 34, of Lampasas for harboring a runaway child. She posted bond and was released from jail Sept. 2. -- Saul Salinas, 33, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated, and failure to identify/giving fictitious information. He made bond Sept. 2. -- Joshua Lewis Whitmer, 26, of Safford, Ariz. for arson intend damage to a habitation/place of worship, and misapplication of fiduciary property. He posted bond Sept. 3.

Sept. 3 -- Vera Parilla, 54, of Stamford on a Taylor County warrant for theft by check more than $20 and less than $500, and a Callahan County warrant for theft of services by check. She made bond and was released Sept. 3. -- Tamara Lee Vasquez, 39, of Bellmead for driving while intoxicated. She was released on bond Sept. 3.

Sept. 4 -- Sean Alexander Barbarena, 20, of Copperas Cove for driving under the influence minor. He was released from the county jail Sept. 5 to see the judge. -- Christian Angle Bass, 18, of Belton for possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He made bond and was released Sept. 5.

Sept. 5 -- Joseph Antonio Sanchez, 28, of Lampasas for accident involving damage to vehicle over $200. He posted bond and was released Sept. 5.

Sept. 6 -- Anson Dennis Robbins, 54, of Abilene for driving while intoxicat­ed. He made bond Sept. 7.

Sept. 7 -- Daniel Wayne Smith, 26, of Dallas for prohibited substance in a correctional facility and a parole violation. He remained in custody at the Lampasas County Jail at press time.

Sept. 8 -- Dustin Jared Peak, 32, of Lampasas for arrest evading detention and driving while intoxicated. He posted bond Sept. 8. -- Justin Keith Schultz, 24, of Plano for possession of marijuana under two ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remained in custody at the county jail at press time. -- Scott Warren Lesley, 41, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. He remained in the jail at press time.
