GED class begins Sept. 7 in Room 17 of the former Lampasas Middle School facility, 207 East Avenue A. Registration is the same evening.

The class is available to anyone 18 or older. A 17-year-old may register only with an official withdrawal from school and written permission from his parent.

The class continues throughout the school year on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-9 p.m.

No fee is required, and materials are provided by the instructor.
