Lampasas’ season-opening meet will take place Friday at Sammons Golf Course in Temple. The varsity girls will run at 7:30 a.m. with the varsity boys to follow.

After Friday’s meet, the teams have a lengthy break and do not return to competitive action until Sept. 10 when they travel for the Waco Midway meet.
