Back-to-school shoppers will be able to take advantage of a threeday break from sales taxes on certain items, as the statewide sales tax holiday will run from Friday through Sunday. A variety of clothing and school supplies, will be exempt from sales tax, saving buyers $8.25 per $100 spent. A list of tax-free items will appear in Friday’s edition.
