Lampasas Independent School District has scheduled events in preparation for the first day of school on Aug. 23.

Lampasas Middle School and Lampasas High School will hold open house Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Meet the Teacher nights are Thursday at Kline Whitis, Hanna Springs and Taylor Creek elementary schools from 5-6 p.m.
