Rock Horne, 52, of Georgetown died Aug. 2, 2010.

A memorial service was Aug. 7 at Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown, which had charge of arrangements.

Mr. Horne was born July 29, 1958, in Alexandria, Va.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Horne of Georgetown; one daughter, Taylor Marie Horne of Georgetown; one son, Evan Mac Horne of Georgetown; his mother and stepfather, Cuba and Robert Hoyt of Lampasas; a sister, Kathleen Horne of Oak Hill; a brother, Tom Horne of Spokane, Wash.; a sister-in-law, Pat Partovi of Spokane; his in-laws, Ted and Diana Jambon of Baton Rouge, La.; and a nephew.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Mac Horne.

Memorial donations may be made to an educational fund for Mr. Horne’s children at Bank of America in Georgetown.
