A reception and sign unveiling will be held at the Lampasas County Higher Education Center Thursday from 4-6 p.m. at 208 E. Avenue B, in the former Lampasas Middle School building. Representatives from area colleges as well as several political figures have been invited. The public is welcome. Light refreshments will be served.
