Central Texas Colleges fall registration is Aug. 2-29. Returning students may register online using the CTC WebAdvisor system. Academic advisement for returning students looking to discuss or change a degree plan will be held through Aug. 6 in the Guidance and Counseling Office in Student Services (Bldg. 119).

Advisement for returning students will be based on the last four digits of the student’s Social Security number, and students should consult the course schedule online at the CTC Web site or pick up a hard copy of the schedule at CTC for their correct advisement time.

New students must first complete the admissions process and all required testing before undergoing academic advisement and registration.

Students are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to avoid extended delays in registering.

Academic advisement for new students will be Aug. 9–13. Once a new student has met with a counselor, they can then register online through WebAdvisor.

Walk-in registration for all students is Aug. 16-20 in Bldg. 119 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8–11 a.m. on Friday, and also will be based on the last four digits of the student’s Social Security number.

Registration schedule is also available at the CTC Web site by clicking on the “Students” link and then clicking the “Class Schedules” link.

The first day of the fall semester is Aug. 30. Late registration will be Aug. 30 to Sept. 2.

New student orientations to provide information about CTC, student services and campus life are Aug. 20 and Au. 27 at 8:30 a.m. in the Nursing and Science Building (Bldg. 150), room 1075. To sign up for the free orientation on either date, please call (254) 526-1258.

Students interested in taking distance learning or online classes with an August start date may register on WebAdvisor through Aug. 26. Registration for online classes with a September start date is ongoing through Sept. 23, and through Oct. 21 for classes with an October start date.

Registration for classes at the CTC Fort Hood campus from Aug. 16 to Oct. 13 is ongoing through Aug. 19 at Bldg. 3201, 72nd Street and 761st Tank Battalion Ave. on Fort Hood.
