With just a handful of items to address, Lampasas County commissioners finished its business quickly last week.

The court voted unanimously to reappoint County Fire Marshal Gene Harrison. Harrison’s term will last for two years, at which point the fire marshal will be eligible for reappointment.

In another 5-0 vote, commissioners agreed to let Lampasas Midstream install natural gas pipelines across County Roads 2207, 3420 and 3500.

In its previous meeting, the Commissioners Court approved similar pipeline crossings on CR 3210, CR 3220, CR 3270 and CR 3300.
