The Lampasas FFA delegation will attend the annual Texas FFA Convention Monday through July 16 in Corpus Christi.

FFA members to attend include officers Kirby Kennedy, Kalyn Hayes, Blayze Bierschwale, MacKenzie Martin, Blake Oestreich, Blaire Stoneham, Trampus Morrison, Kleg Kennedy and Dakota Dahlke, who will participate as voting delegates, competitors, and awards recipients.

Advisers Wes Harris and Dr. Steve Forsythe will supervise the students along with Brandi Harris.

Harris and Forsythe also will judge the state public speaking competitions Monday and Tuesday at the Corpus Christi Convention Center.

Kirby Kennedy will compete in Senior Prepared Speaking, and she is set to receive the Lone Star FFA Degree. Jared Nuckles and Blake Oestreich also are slated to receive the Lone Star FFA Degree.
