In recent action in Judge Joe Carroll’s 27th District courtroom, Salvador Fresco Lanwi, 23, was sentenced to nine months in state jail for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

For driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, Michelle Janette Boston, 36, of Killeen is set to enter a plea on July 16.

A July 30 pretrial hearing is on the docket for Kempner resident Robert A. Deamicis, 58, for possession of a controlled substance less than one gram.

Punishment is scheduled Aug. 20 for Thomas Ed Maultsby, 49, of Copperas Cove on a charge of possession of a controlled substance over one gram and less than four grams.

Refugio Hernandez, 41, of Lometa is expected to enter a plea Aug. 20 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more.

A jury trial is set Sept. 13 for Manuel Mondragon Martinez, 31, of Fort Hood for driving while intoxicated, third or more.
