The city of Kempner and the family of Sylvia Tucker will dedicate the Sylvia Tucker Memorial Park Sunday at 2 p.m.

The public is invited to the park, located off U.S. Highway 190 to the west of the Farm-to- Market Road 2808 intersection, for the dedication ceremony.
