In recent 27th District Court action, Alejandro Barboza Suchil, 31, was sentenced to six months in the Lampasas County Jail for criminal trespass of a habitation. He was credited with jail time served.

For false statement property/ credit over $20,000 and under $100,000, Dale D. Dishman of Lampasas, 45, received 10 years’ deferred adjudication probation. He also was ordered to pay $87,500 in restitution and a $1,000 fine.

Six years’ probation and a $1,000 fine were assessed to Christopher Sean Cowen, 37, of Copperas Cove for driving while intoxicated, third or more.

For possession of a controlled substance under one gram, Muleshoe resident Antonio Garcia Jr., 35, received three years’ deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.

Danny Lee Hurt, 48, of Lampasas had a charge reduced to reckless bodily injury to a child and punished as a Class A misdemeanor. He was given two years’ deferred adjudication probation, a $1,000 fine and must pay $1,500 restitution.

A warrant was issued for 51- year-old Patricia Ann Govia when the Austin resident failed to show up for court on a charge of false statement for property/credit over $1,500 and under $20,000. Her bond was increased to $10,000.

Salvador Fresco Lanwi, 23, is set for a pretrial hearing today on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

An adjudication announcement is July 16 for Rene Ramos Gonzales, 24, for endangering a child.

Bond was increased to $20,000, and arraignment is July 9 for Anthony Wayne Faught, 41, of Lampasas on a charge of injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury.

Pretrial hearings are set July 16 for Melissa Ann Smith, 29, of Lampasas for possession of a controlled substance less than one gram and forgery of a financial instrument; and Nicholas Ryan Lucier, 23, of Austin for possession of a controlled substance over four grams and under 400 grams.

An Aug. 23 jury trial is on the docket for Barbara Kay Howard, 43, of Granite Shoals for possession of a controlled substance over one gram and less than four grams.
