The University of Mary Hardin- Baylor's spring 2010 Provost's Honor Roll includes some local residents.

From Lampasas, Jonathan Istvan Curtis and Ashley Margaret Lowe Hernandez were named to the list.

To be eligible, a student must achieve a 3.85 grade-point average or better on a 4.0 scale.

Named to the Dean's Honor Roll were Kempner residents Jamie M. Dye, Starla Belle Pierce, Margaret Jean Sparrow and Phillip Michael Welden.

Lampasas residents honored include Aja Monique Bradford, Kimberly Ann Brown, Molly Ann Rogers and Vonzella Underwood.

To be on the Dean's List, a student must earn a 3.5 to 3.849 gradepoint average on a 4.0 scale.
