The city is under a voluntary water conservation program. Irrigation systems or yard watering is encouraged from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m. on an odd/even calendar day matching one’s address. Washing driveways and parking areas is discouraged, and filling or adding water to pools, hot tubs, wading pools, etc. should be on the same schedule as yard watering.
