Glenn R. Conner, 87, of Bee House community died May 30, 2010, at his residence.

Funeral services were June 3 at Gatesville Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Edward Schaub officiating. Burial was at Bee House Cemetery.

Mr. Conner was born Sept. 6, 1922, in the Bee House community to John H. and Anna Jones Conner.

He grew up in Bee House and went to school in Pearl.

Mr. Conner served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

He married Charline Cox in 1944, and they resided most of their married lives in Bee House until her death on May 4, 2003.

He was a carpenter and a farmer and rancher, and a member of Pearl Church of Christ.

Survivors include three daughters, Glenda Fuqua and husband, Eldon, of Lubbock, Sandra Lozano and husband, Israel, of Bee House, and Frances Conner of Copperas Cove.

He was preceded in death by a son, Charles Glenn Conner in 1950.
