Jury finds Lowell Garza not guilty of capital murder
Garza convicted of second-degree manslaughter in case involving infant's death
A jury of six men and six women late Thursday morning found Lowell Preston Garza, 20, not guilty of capital murder in connection with his two-month-old daughter's death Aug. 17, 2009. The jury found Garza guilty of second-degree manslaughter, however.
