Ernestine Stewart of Lampasas died May 11, 2010, at Hillview Manor Nursing Home. She was 83.

Graveside services were May 15 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Lake Victor with Minister Rocky Moncus officiating.

Mrs. Stewart was born May 16, 1926, in Lampasas, the daughter of Ernest and Mable Griffin.

She married Frank (Butch) Stewart on June 28, 1979, in Lampasas.

Mrs. Stewart had lived most of her life in Lampasas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband of Lampasas, and numerous nieces and nephews.
