With 2000 RPMs, the high-pressure system is able to perform concrete surface cleaning as well as cleaning rock, brick, vinyl sidings, and auto fleets, including cars, buses and trucks. $80 minimum usually covers driveways, curbs & sidewalks.

The company opened in March, and for Watson, it is the realization of a dream to own his own business while providing a service to Lampasas and surrounding areas.

Watson and his truck are able to go to any location within a 60-mile radius of Lometa to include Lampasas, Copperas Cove, Killeen, Belton, Brownwood, Marble Falls, Burnet and more. He will take his cleaning equipment to areas outside of the 60-mile radius for an additional charge.

Middle: Watson strips years of dirt and grime off sidewalks in minutes. Houses, parking lots, shopping malls, storefronts or swimming pools -- no job is too big or too small.

He is able to tackle tree sap, bubble gum, mold and mildew, and specializes in cleaning limestone.

Watson has performed several cleaning jobs locally including the Lampasas Public Library, Hancock Park Swimming Pool, county courthouse bandstand and others.

His prices are at the middle-to-low range of national averages.

Watson uses only biodegradable chemicals, and he recommends routine maintenance to keep up appearances.
