Lampasas High School seniors who wish to be in the Dispatch Record's Senior Souvenir Edition and have not turned in their consent form to accompany their photos should have parents or guardians send an e-mail to lcarnley@lampasasdispatchrecord.com or phone 556-6262, ext. 25.

Students' first, middle and last names are needed, as well as their parents' or guardians' names.

The final deadline is Thursday by 9 a.m. Information not submitted by the deadline will not appear in the special section.
