In recent 27th District Court action, Benny Ray Weaver, 60, had a charge of theft over $1,500 and under $20,000 reduced to a Class A misdemeanor. He received two years’ deferred adjudication probation and a $350 fine.

Weaver also must pay restitution of $2,088.63.

Arraignments are set May 7 for Manuel Mondragon Martinez, 31, of Fort Hood on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more; and Laura Suzanne Weaver, 42, for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000.

For possession/transportation of a chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, 41- year-old Paul Dalton Stewart Jr. of Leander has a June 11 punishment hearing.

A review is scheduled June 25 for Jason Dwayne Lamb, 36, of Pflugerville for hindering a secured creditor.

A July 26 jury trial is set for Marshall Lester Wethy, 60, of Kempner. He is charged with deadly conduct-discharge a firearm in a habitation, building or vehicle.
