In recent 27th District Court action, Edmund Glenn Thornton, 43, of Lampasas had his probation revoked and was sentenced to five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition. He was credited with jail time served.
In other court proceedings, Rhonda I. Gallardo, 37, was given five years’ deferred adjudication probation and must pay $18,400.61 in restitution for tampering with a government record license/seal to defraud/harm.
For aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, Kempner resident Adam Keith Richardson, 25, was given five years’ deferred adjudication probation and a $750 fine.
Paul Dalton Stewart Jr., 41, of Leander faces a jury trial today for possession/transportation of a chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
For theft over $20,000 and under $100,000, 53-year-old James Worth Nesom of Buchanan Dam faces a possible jury trial Monday.
A Monday jury trial is on the docket for Benny Ray Weaver, 60, for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000.
James Williard Williams, 41, of Pflugerville has a June 4 court date to enter a plea for driving while intoxicated felony repetition-deadly weapon.
Ashlie Nicole Oliver, 21, of Kempner is set to enter a plea on June 11 for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance over four grams and under 200 grams.
And an Aug. 23 jury trial is slated for Ronald Allen Bascom, 62, of Cherokee for forgery of a financial instrument.
