In a Republican Party runoff Tuesday for the Place 3 seat on the Texas Supreme Court, Fort Worth judge Debra Lehrmann topped former state representative Rick Green. Mrs. Lehrmann claimed 172,813 votes of the ballots cast. Green received 160,572 votes. Green won Lampasas County, however, with 106 of 153 votes, or 69 percent.
