Law Enforcement Report

The following arrests were reported by law enforcement officials.

April 7

-- Deborah Jo Lucksinger, 45, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces, resisting arrest or search, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She remained in the Lampasas County Jail Wednesday morning.

April 4

-- Kelby Tyler Wagner, 22, of Lampasas for purchase/ furnish alcohol to a minor. He posted bond Monday.

-- Stephen Jason McGaughy, 30, of Irving for possession of marijuana under two ounces and driving while license invalid. He made bond the same day.

-- Mark Allen Robison, 29, of Lometa for assault causing bodily injury/family violence with prior convictions. He made bond Monday.

-- Jeffrey Brandon Swindle, 30, of Kempner for burglary of a building. He was still in jail Wednesday afternoon.

April 3

-- Joe Keith Carothers, 46, of Kempner for driving while intoxicated. He made bond Sunday.

-- John Clarence Morgan, 45, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out the same day.

April 1

-- Diane Marie Davila, 17, of Lometa for assault on a public servant. She was still in jail at press time Wednesday.

-- Barbara Kay Howard, 43, of Horseshoe Bay for possession of a controlled substance under one gram. She made bond April 2.

-- Thomas Ed Maultsby, 49, of Copperas Cove on a Lampasas Police Department warrant for possession of a controlled substance under one gram. He posted bond April 2.

March 31 -- Kristina Ann Martin, 20, of Lampasas for harassment. She posted bond the same day.

-- David Shane Kimball, 19, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces in a drug-free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still in the county jail Wednesday afternoon.

March 30

-- Emily Gail Garner, 20, of Austin for forgery of a financial instrument. She bonded out Saturday.

March 28

-- Thadeus Jesstin Ault, 28, of Lometa for driving while intoxicated, third or more; driving while license invalid with previous convictions; and violation of occupational license. He made bond March 29.

-- Refugio Hernandez, 41, of Lometa for driving while intoxicated. He was still in jail Wednesday.

March 27

-- Christine Michelle Potts, 29, of San Saba for possession of a controlled substance over one gram and under four grams, and possession of marijuana under two ounces. She bonded out March 28.

March 26

-- Leslie Ann Wallace, 24, of Lampasas on a warrant for purchase/furnish alcohol to a minor. She made bond the same day.

-- Fredric Grayson Allred, 22, of Abilene for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He posted bond March 27.

March 24

-- Dylan David Jass, 17, of Lampasas for resisting arrest or search, and public intoxication. He was released March 25 after making bond.

-- Monica Ann Aleman, 27, of Lampasas for failure to identify as a fugitive with intent to give false information; driving while license invalid and violating a promise to appear on driving while license invalid; failure to maintain financial responsibility and violating a promise to appear on failure to maintain financial responsibility; and an attorney general’s warrant for child support. She was released March 29 after she posted bond.
