Rick Green and Debra Lehrmann will face each other April 13 in a Republican runoff for the Place 3 justice position on the Texas Supreme Court.

Early voting is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the elections administrator’s office, 412 S. Live Oak. Voting on April 13 is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the same site.
