Shirley Murphy of Pflugerville died Feb. 23, 2010, in Round Rock.

She was the daughter of Virgil and Freda Selph.

Funeral services were Feb. 27 at Briggs-Gamel Lampasas Funerals & Cremations. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

Mrs. Murphy was a resident of Heatherwilde Park senior living apartments where she spent time with her friends, eating and playing games.

She is survived by her children, Denise Clark and Dennis Murphy; grandchildren, Micheale Cervantes, Shaleise Clark, Kyra Young, Christopher Murphy and Sarah Murphy; great-grandchildren, Brittany Cervantes and Micah Mainor; and a brother and his wife, Jerry and Joy Selph.
