Kline Whitis Elementary receives funds based on the weight of donations to drop boxes around town.

Boxes are located at the school near the bus ramp, H-E-B, Badger Tracks and AMVETS Post 80.

Items accepted include clothing, shoes and linens.

"All items are recycled. Nothing is thrown away," said a school spokesman. "Please consider making a donation as you do your spring cleaning."
