Epp-McIlroy Joe Epp of Bandera and Kathie Epp of San Marcos announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelsey Jo, to Scot McIlroy, son of Robert and Pam McIlroy of Adamsville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Kelly of San Marcos, and the late Margie Epp of Uvalde.

Mr. McIlroy is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. R.E. McIlroy of Adamsville, Janie and Warren Harris of Star, and the late D.J. Manning.

The couple plan a March wedding.
