Due to TAKS testing, all of Tuesday’s scheduled athletics for Lampasas High School are being moved to Monday. Times, locations and opponents will not be affected.

LHS SOFTBALL

The Lady Badgers game at Brownwood was canceled due to inclement weather.

Lampasas opens play at the two-day Austin Bowie tournament today at 10 a.m. against Westfield.

The Lady Badgers return to the field for contests against Austin and Temple at 3:15 p.m. and 5 p.m., respectively.

Lampasas returns to Austin Monday for a doubleheader against Hyde Park. The first game is set to begin at 3 p.m.

RACE

The 89th MP Brigade and Lampasas City 10K March Against Hunger will be held March 6 at 9 a.m. at Gavin Garrett Soccer Park. Registration begins at 7 a.m.

There will also be a 5K fun run/walk.
