Kempner City Council will hold a called meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers to consider approval of a subdivision agreement with Jimmy Banks, doing business as Dollar General, for just under two acres out of the Charles Myers Survey on 12563 U.S. Highway 190 East in Kempner’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
