In recent 27th District Court action, David Lee Rudd, 31, of Burnet County was sentenced to two twoyear terms in state jail, to run concurrently. He pleaded guilty to charges of forgery of a financial instrument, and theft over $1,500 and under $20,000. He also must pay $550 restitution on one charge and $518.97 on the second charge.
Rudd was credited with jail time served.
In other court action, a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age against Cedar Park resident Luis Garcia, 32, was punished as a Class A misdemeanor. He received two years’ probation and a $500 fine.
Pretrial hearings Feb. 19 are set for Jimmy Allen Beall, 38, for possession/transport of a chemical with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, and Delbert Ebbin Cloud, 56, of Marble Falls for hindering a secured creditor over $1,500 and under $20,000.
Feb. 19 arraignments are on the docket for Michael James Morton, 22, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, and John Wayne Savage Jr., 38, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under 15 years of age.
An adjudication hearing is scheduled Feb. 19 for Jamie Elaine Pace, 44, on a charge of fraudulent prescription form.
A revocation announcement is expected Feb. 19 for 30-year-old Audi Elizabeth Henry of Kempner on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle.
Pretrial hearings are set March 12 for Marshall Lester Wethy, 60, of Kempner for deadly conduct discharge a firearm in a habitat/building/vehicle, and for Ronald Allen Bascom, 62, of Cherokee for forgery of a financial instrument.
Ginger Teresa Griffin, 30, of Lampasas is expected to enter a plea March 19. She is charged with injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to do bodily harm.
On a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, Adam Keith Richardson, 25, of Kempner is set to enter a plea April 16.
For manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance over one gram and under four grams, Ashlie Nicole Oliver, 21, of Kempner is scheduled for an April 26 jury trial.
A jury trial is slated May 24 for Dale D. Dishman, 45, of Lampasas for false statement for property/ credit over $20,000 and under $100,000.
