Mechler-Hail Melissa Lynn Mechler and Tyler Colt Hail, both of Austin, plan to exchange wedding vows in an April 3, 2010, ceremony at Serengeti Resort in Bergheim.

Miss Mechler is the daughter of Ron and Kala Mechler of Helotes.

She graduated from the Baptist School of Health Professions with an associate’s degree in nursing in 2009. She is a registered nurse in the emergency room at Seton Medical Center in Austin.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Danny and Debbie Hail of Lampasas.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and a master’s degree in 2009 in criminal justice from Texas State University. He is an asset protection manager at Cabela’s.
