College honors
The Dean’s List for the fall 2009 semester at Angelo State University in San Angelo has been announced.
To be eligible, a student must be enrolled full-time and maintain a minimum 3.25 grade-point average.
Lampasas-area honorees include Katie E. Coleman, Chase A. Gommert, Amy L. Johnson, Sarah C. Minto, Victoria L. Norrell, Tracey K. Randolph, Latoscha L. Sherman and Bonnie S. Wallace.
Baylor University
Waco’s Baylor University released its list of students named to the Dean’s Academic Honor List for the fall 2009 semester.
To be eligible, a student must be an undergraduate with a minimum grade-point average of 3.7, while enrolled in at least 12 semester hours.
From Lampasas, Ashley Ann Field, a sophomore sociology major, and Alyssa Diane Leavell, a senior English major, were recognized.
Sam Houston State University
Chad Wade Collins, a senior industrial technology construction management major from Lampasas, and Brent C. Garner of Kempner, a management major, were named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2009 semester at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville.
To be eligible, a student must be full-time and earn a grade-point average of at least 3.5.
