The Lampasas Police Department presented cases that resulted in the indictment of:

• Rudy Sandoval, 42, for criminal non-support, on Aug. 1, 2009.

• Janice Kay Crusan, 48, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, on Dec. 3, 2009.

• Michael James Morton, 22, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, on Dec. 30, 2009.

• John Wayne Savage Jr., 38, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, on Jan. 1.

• Delbert Ebbin Cloud, 56, for hindering a secured creditor, on July 12, 2004.

• Ronnie Dale Parker, 46, for criminal non-support, on March 1, 2009.

• Priscilla Rocha Houston, 35, for theft, on Jan. 11.

• John Angus McDonald, 34, for possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds, on Dec. 14, 2009.

• Antonio Garcia Jr., 34, for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, on Dec. 29, 2009.

• Effrin Celestian Villa, 22, for two counts of burglary of a habitation, on Aug. 8, 2009, and Jan. 7.

• Richard Castaneda, 23, for two counts of burglary of a habitation, on Aug. 8, 2009, and Jan. 7.

Indictments were handed down in cases by the Lampasas County Sheriff’s Department against:

• Marshall Lester Wethy, 59, for deadly conduct, on Nov. 16, 2009.

• Jimmy Allen Beall, 38, for possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, on Nov. 12, 2009.

• Paul Dalton Stewart Jr., 40, for possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, on Nov. 12, 2009.

The Lampasas County attorney presented cases that resulted in the indictments of:

• Hector Daniel Trevino, 28, for bail jumping/failure to appear, on May 22, 2009.

• Lorenzo Martinez Mejia Jr., 52, for bail jumping/failure to appear, on Sept. 18, 2009.

• Paul Thomas Hughes, 41, for misappropriation of fiduciary property, on Oct. 6, 2008.

• Joseph Franklin Middleton, 21, for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, on Nov. 15, 2009.

• Joel Gutierrez, 40, for theft, on Nov. 2, 2006.

• Kimbrough Fred Estes, 40, for criminal non-support, on May 1, 2009.
