In recent 27th District Court action, Blake Alan Tennimon, 22, of Harker Heights received a two-year sentence in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division for engaging in organized criminal activity. He was credited with jail time served.
For driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, Joel Travis Meadows, 41, was given six years’ probation and a $1,500 fine. He was ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program.
Carlton Clay Bradley, 19, of Wrightsboro had a charge of robbery amended to criminal mischief. The case also was considered with a county court misdemeanor.
Bradley was given four years’ deferred adjudication probation and must pay $816.90 in restitution. In addition, he must pay a $750 fine and perform community service. He was remanded to jail until he is sent to an alcohol and drug treatment program.
On a charge of delivery of marijuana over one-fourth ounce and under five pounds, Sean Matthew Reed, 18, of Lampasas received three years’ deferred adjudication probation. He must pay restitution plus court costs and perform community service.
For theft over $1,500 and under $20,000, 50-year-old Allana Mejias of Kempner had the charge punished as a Class A misdemeanor. Mejias was assessed one year of deferred adjudication probation, ordered to pay a $750 fine and must perform community service.
Audi Elizabeth Henry, 30, of Kempner is set for a Feb. 5 revocation hearing for evading arrest with a vehicle.
Pretrial hearings are set Feb. 5 for Benny Ray Weaver, 60, for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000; and Ronald Allen Bascom, 62, for forgery of a financial instrument.
Christopher Sean Cowen, 36, of Copperas Cove is set for a Feb. 12 pretrial hearing for driving while intoxicated, third or more.
For securing/executing a document by deception, Brenda Hilliard, 50, of Killeen is on the Feb. 19 docket for a revocation hearing.
Henry Torrez Sanchez, 58, of Lampasas is set for a Feb. 22 jury trial for driving while intoxicated, third or more.
A review is scheduled March 12 for Arnold Eugene Marsh, 37, for fraudulent application for a Texas certificate of title.
A trial before the judge is slated March 12 for Jason Dwayne Lamb, 36, of Pflugerville. He is charged with hindering a secured creditor.
Jury trials are on tap March 29 for Robert Samora Ayala, 43, of Modesto, Calif., for injury to a child and for bail jumping-failure to appear; Gamaliel Garcia, 55, of Little River for driving while intoxicated, third or more; Wayne Joseph Persick, 57, of Killeen for driving while intoxicated, third or more; and Lemuel Eugene Shaw, 63, of Copperas Cove for sexual performance of a child-employ/induce/ authorize.
A jury trial for 40-year-old James Williard Williams of Pflugerville is scheduled April 26. He is charged with driving while intoxicatedfelony repetition-deadly weapon.
