Congratulations, America! Following elections in Virginia and New Jersey, Americans in Massachusetts have sent the following message to politicians and bureaucrats in Washington, D.C.: You work for us! Americans do not want employees who lie, steal, bribe and do so in total secrecy.

Between now and November, there will be several more firings, resignations and realignments -- perhaps in both national parties. Employers cannot afford employees who spend all the owner’s money, their children’s money, their grandchildren’s money, etc.

Congratulations, America! Keep demanding excellence in employee performance.
