The L-M Garden Club's annual Arbor Day celebration is Monday beginning at 4 p.m. at the club building.

A tree, recently donated by LCRA in memory of Tommy Hicks, will be planted.

The celebration will include a musical presentation by Lometa students.

The public is encouraged to attend.

In other club news, the annual Valentine's Day sale of bouquets is under way.

Order forms were distributed to members, and they are due back by Feb. 8. Bouquets will be assembled on Feb. 11 for delivery on Feb. 12.

Cost is $20 for a dozen carnations and $6 for a bouquet of three carnations. Flowers can be ordered from any club member.
