The following Lampasas County residents were named to the Distinguished Students list for the fall 2009 semester.

Kempner residents Justin Good, Catherine Votaw and Quentin Posey were honored, as was Madeleine Hart of Lampasas.

To be eligible, a student must be a freshman or sophomore with a minimum 3.5 grade-point average and no grade lower than a “C,” or a junior or senior with a 3.5 grade-point average with no grade lower than a “C.”
