Kempner City Council will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in council chambers to discuss submitting an application for park funding to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

Other agenda items include consideration of several resolutions, appointment of a prosecuting attorney for the city and a report from Mayor Gene Isenhour.
