The Central Texas Area Business Women’s Association Council will hold its first meeting of the new year on Jan. 14 at the Shilo Inn in Killeen. Globe Chapter of Killeen will host the meeting.

Social time is at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $25.

Lisa Youngblood, director of the Harker Heights Library for 10 years, will give the program on the ever-adapting library.
