Frankie Nell White Ellenburg, 90, of Hamilton died Dec. 29, 2009, at her residence.

Funeral services are Jan. 2 at 2 p.m. at Hamilton First United Methodist Church. Visitation begins at noon at the church. Burial will follow at Toliver Cemetery.

Mrs. Ellenburg was born April 11, 1919 in Lamkin, the daughter of Rufus Bain and Mary Myrtle Talley White.

She married Roy Ellenburg on March 16, 1940, in Carlton, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Ellenburg was a presser for several years at Patty’s of Texas. She served as secretary-treasurer for Toliver Cemetery for 30 years and was a presiding judge over the Lamkin voting box for many years.

She was a member of Hamilton First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Roy Bain Ellenburg and wife, June, of Lampasas, and Eddie Lynn Ellenburg of Procter; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, R.B. White.
